Buhari’s body arrives in Katsina

The body of Former President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived at the Umaru Musa Yar’Adua International Airport in Katsina for burial.

The body was flown in from London where he died on Sunday.

The aircraft that conveyed the former president, a Nigerian Air Force craft, touched down 15 minutes ago.

Vice President Kashim Shettima led a high-level Federal Government delegation to finalise documentation and logistical arrangements for the repatriation of the ex-president’s remains.
