The All Progressives Congress (APC) has announced an extension of the dates for the purchase and submission of forms for its upcoming Zonal Congress and National Convention.
In a press statement issued on Tuesday in Abuja, the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, stated that the new dates for the purchase and submission of forms are from March 12, 2026, to March 23, 2026.
According to Morka, this adjustment is intended to give party members and stakeholders ample time to participate in the events, and it does not affect the previously scheduled dates for the conduct of the Zonal Congress and the National Convention.
The Zonal Congress is scheduled to hold on March 25, 2026, while the National Convention will take place from March 26 to March 27, 2026, as earlier announced.
Furthermore, the party has announced a change in venue for the South-South Zonal Congress, which is now scheduled to be held in Asaba, Delta State.
The APC has officially notified the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) of these changes, as required by law.
