In a statement issued on Saturday, by Felix Morka, the National Publicity Secretary of the APC, the party described Okparaeke, affectionately known as “Ada Buhari”, as a courageous and unwavering defender of the party’s progressive policies.

The party acknowledged the void created by her sudden passing, stating that she would be “sorely missed”.
