Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar on Friday visited a former Governor of Osun State, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola at his Ilesa residence.
Atiku is in Ilesa for the coronation of Owa Adesuyi Haastrup as the Owa Obokun of Ijesaland.
It was gathered that Aregbesola and his political associates received Atiku at his palatial residence in the ancient town.
“Atiku came via Akure where his plane landed. He was taken directly to the residence of the former governor and minister.
“He later had breakfast there with his associates that accompanied him, ” a source close to the former Vice President said.
