Emmanuel Ikazoboh on Friday replaced Aliko Dangote as the Chairman of the board of directors at Dangote Cement.
According to a report by Anthony Chiejina, the company’s group chief, branding and communications officer, the majority shareholder and founder of the company
The businessman was said to have relinquished his position to focus on Dangote Petroleum Refinery.
Ikazoboh, who until the new development served as an independent non-executive director, has over 40 years of experience in senior management roles in Nigeria, Côte d’Ivoire, Cameroon and South Africa.
