Lagos APC members protest against chairman’s tenure

Members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State have taken to the streets to demand the removal of the party’s state chairman, Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi.

They staged the at the Lagos State House of Assembly, carrying placards with inscriptions such as “Ojelabi Must Go” and “We Want Fresh Leadership.”

The demonstration, which began earlier today, has drawn a significant security presence, with police officers stationed around the Assembly complex to prevent any breakdown of law and order.

The protesters are believed to be representatives from all 57 Local Council Development Areas.
