Popular TV journalist, Rufai Oseni has said that only few Nigerian politicians can disclose the source of their wealth, suggesting that most keep it hidden because it is not legit.
In a post on Saturday, Oseni slammed some Nigerians for also playing a part in helping their oppressors continue in the act.
Oseni also urged that only politicians who are not scared of disclosing their source of wealth deserves to be celebrated, adding that most of political players evade such questions.
He wrote on X, “When you ask a Nigerian politician how did you make your money they can’t talk straight. They evade the question.
They will tell I will come back to it and they avoid it. It’s in Nigeria kettle will convincingly call pot black. The delusion of our politicians is aided by their gullible followers.
“I repeat only few politicians can show you the source of their wealth. Celebrate a politician that has shown you the source of their wealth.”
