The Nigerian Association of Resident Doctors (NARD) on Sunday suspended its warning strike.
This comes two days after its commencement.
The development was confirmed by the president of the association, Tope Osundare, who directed the doctors to resume work immediately.
“The strike has been suspended.
“Some of our demands have been met. The government has promised to look into other issues,” Osundare told TheCable in a telephone conversation.
