Popular Nollywood actress Ruth Kadiri has stated that she has no reason to hide her husband, Ezerika, from the public eye.
Addressing claims that she is keeping her marriage private, Kadiri said that people around her know her husband because they attend functions together.
She, however, added that one of the reasons her marriage is private is because she prefers to avoid drama, not because she has anything to hide.
She expressed confusion over why people expect her to showcase her marriage publicly.
She said, “We go to church together, we attend events together, my life is not as private as people think. In the events I organise, my husband is always there.
“For clarity, my husband is not a secret. People who know me, know him. And for me, that’s enough. Like, I don’t know why I will sit down and be thinking, what am I proving?”
