International Women’s Day, celebrated annually on March 8, is a global occasion that recognises the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women while also advocating for gender equality and women’s empowerment worldwide.

She drew a parallel between the cement manufacturing process and the role of women as foundational pillars that strengthen families, communities, and institutions, urging them to continue excelling through dedication, mutual support, and personal growth.
