Access Holdings appoints Innocent Ike as new GMD/CEO

Mr Innocent Ike has been appointed as the substantive Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Access Holdings Plc.

In a statement released on Wednesday, Ike is expected to resume August 29, 2025, following regulatory approval.

The announcement comes just hours after Roosevelt Ogbonna resigned from the company’s board in line with new corporate governance rules issued by the Central Bank of Nigeria.

The appointment signals a new phase for the group under the leadership of Chairman Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede, who returned to the helm following the death of former Group CEO Herbert Wigwe in 2024.
