Presidential spokesperson, Bayo Onanuga has mocked former Kaduna State governor, Nasir El-Rufai, over his alleged expulsion from the Social Democratic Party (SDP).
Earlier, the party expelled the former governor from the SDP and imposed a 30-year ban on him for aligning with another political party, the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
The party, in a statement by the its National Publicity Secretary, Araba Rufus Aiyenigba accused El-Rufai of alleged impersonation, forgery, and attempts to destabilise the party at multiple levels, saying its decision followed thorough investigations into the former governor’s alleged claims of being an SDP member.
Mocking El-Rufai, Onanuga in a post on his X handle on Monday, wrote, “Internally Displaced Again!”
