The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike’s son, Joaquin Wike, has bagged a master’s degree in Management and Technology Change at King’s College, London.
The pictures from the graduation ceremony were shared via Facebook on Thursday by the Minister where he thanked God for the opportunity.
He wrote, “Grateful to God for giving me, my wife and children the opportunity to be available to share with my son, Joaquin, his moment of joy as he earned MSc Degree in Management and Technology Change at King’s College London, today.
“I thank my friends, Governor of Adamawa State, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, PDP BoT Chairman, Senator Mao Ohuabunwa and PDP National Vice Chairman (South South), Chief Dan Orbih for finding time to celebrate with my family.”
Also, the Senior Special Assistant to the Minister on Public Communications and Social Media, Lere Olayinka, posted the development on his X (formerly Twitter) page.
According to the post, the event was attended by the minister’s wife and the mother of the graduand, Justice Eberechi Wike, his other children, as well as some politicians.
He wrote, “FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike’s son, Joaquin bags MSc Degree in Management and Technology Change at King’s College London.
“PDP BoT Chairman, Senator Mao Ohuabunwa, PDP National Vice Chairman (South South), Chief Dan Orbih, Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, Jordan Wike, FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, his wife, Justice Eberechi Suzzette Wike and Daughter, Jazmyne, were there to rejoice with him today.”
In January 2025, one of the minister’s sons, Jordan, graduated with a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Queen Mary University of London in the UK.
