Buhari’s remains brought out of aircraft

The remains of former President Muhammadu Buhari were on Tuesday brought out of a Nigerian Air Force aircraft at the Umar Musa Yar’adua Airport in Katsina State.

The body of the late Nigerian leader who died on Sunday arrived from London, United Kingdom, and is being taken to his hometown, Daura, for a state burial.

President Bola Tinubu, accompanied by governors, ministers, lawmakers, and other top government officials, received the late President’s remains as it were lowered from the aircraft.
